We can undertake 75% of the normal remit of health planners. John Cooper has worked on the briefing, functional content and sizing of key projects, several of which have been innovative in concept – ACAD, BECAD, North Tees, Nelson Mandela, and West Cumberland.

We work with clinicians, research scientists and managers to address issues such as re-engineering clinical processes, relocating clinical functions, rightsizing facilities to accommodate new clinical pathways, introducing best practice and working with clinicians on process change.

We have also worked with fellow consultants on our client’s demographic and clinical data to look at reshaping local and metropolitan healthcare networks. This work might involve identifying the optimal locations, functions and sizes for the various component facilities.
